A simple system for turning conversations into qualified opportunities
The Big Kitty Labs Ambassador Program is designed to be straightforward. You attend or source events, talk to people building products or improving systems, and connect qualified opportunities to our team.
1. Apply
Submit a short application with your city and background. We are looking for people who are active in startup, tech, or innovation communities.
2. Get Onboarded
You will receive messaging guidelines, lead qualification criteria, a discovery call booking link, and content/reporting expectations.
3. Identify and Attend Events
Attend startup, tech, and innovation events, and source additional events in your city.
4. Start Conversations
Ask what people are working on, listen for real needs, identify potential fit, and avoid going too deep technically.
5. Qualify and Book a Call
If someone is a strong fit, schedule a discovery call and capture the key details our team needs for follow-up.
6. Submit Your Recap
Within 24 hours, submit leads booked, the event recap form, and 3+ photos from the event.
7. Get Paid
Earn $70 per event and $100 per lead that converts into business. There is no cap.
